If you have already been vaccinated, log in to your account on eka.care
List of all Beneficiary linked with the current number will appear, once you are successfully logged in. Select the beneficiary for whom you want to add the passport details.
Enter passport number for the selected beneficiary then click on Submit Button.
Once the passport details are linked with the selected beneficiary, you can download the certificate by clicking on "Download Vaccine Certificate" button.
