Everyone have knowledge that exercise is the key to maintain health but realisation about it and discipline is important which I have achieved in the process of treatment. I feel this is necessary for long term goal. I used to complain about stiffness in the neck area and after the treatment I am happy with the good results. I am pretty sure that I will continue all the exercises I was taught during treatment and become more strong day by day :)
