Dr. Shubhra Goel is an award-winning celebrity and gold-medalist oculofacial plastic and cosmetic surgeon. She is India's first and youngest surgeon to receive dual fellowship in oculoplasty from the USA. One of only 7 doctors from India, Dr. Goel has been inducted in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic Reconstructive Surgery. As the key opinion leader for GMV Italy's Plasma Plexr in India (the first to introduce non-surgical modalities for eye plastic treatments in India). Dr. Shubhra is the only oculoplastic surgeon in India to be trained by world-renowned celebrity dermatologist Dr. Zein Obagi. She has also trained under the leading Beverly Hills Oculoplastic Surgeon Dr. Cynthia Boxrud. and the only Indian doctor to be trained by leading doctors in the USA under the long-term fellowship in the University of Wisconsin, started by Dr. Dortbach, the godfather of oculoplasty in the world.
