If surgery is not needed or if patient cannot follow the necessary precautions post surgery he will advice not to go for surgery, this motivated me well because now a days Medicine is completely MONEY oriented but this doctor suggests not to go for surgery if patient cannot be careful. So this clearly explains he is not MONEY oriented doctor, he is patient care centric. And if patient has any health insurance he will just accept the money paid by insurance whether it is less or more according to market cost. He will not ask for any additional money from patient pocket, I personally experienced this because he didn't ask for any single rupee for my father's treatment apart from insurance payment.
