Since July 2024 I have been suffering from faintness whenever I am moving my neck. While sleeping, getting up, forward bending, moving my neck up and down. My neck was also in pain. I visited so many doctors but still my problem was not solved. I started physiotherapy and my pain, faintness reduced to 60%. I visited Dr Mangesh P Desai and he treated me for faintness, neck pain and acidity. I am undergoing his medicines and my neck pain, faintness, and acidity reduced to 80 to 85%. My treatment course is still ongoing. Dr Mangesh sir showed good results for my Vertigo & Hyperacidity issue. I will surely recommend him for the ayurvedic treatment of vertigo and hyperacidity.

Good experience at Yashayu clinic. Mouth ulcer 50% recovery happened within a month. Waiting to recover fully in upcoming month. Dr. Mangesh listen your complete health history very patiently for 1.5-2 hours & then treat you with correct diagnosis. So it becomes effective treatment. All the best Dr for future.
