Very good ayurvedic clinic. Dr Sagar ji is very knowledgeable, he is one of those rear ayurvedic Dr who is very passionate about their work. He has mastered Samskrit ayurvedic books - Charaka samhita, Ashtanga hridayam etc He listens attentively and gives suggestions appropriately .. my self and wife both have undergone 7 days panchakarma treament here .. treatment was 1) body massage with medicinal oils - body massage done by Sreekantji was very good and effective, he is also very experienced and mastered the technique of massage, he knows accupressure points in the body to heal pain 2) steam 3) shirodhara - great technique to relieve stress whete oil is pored on forehead.. 4) Nasy where medicated drops are put into nose and then eye drops . I highly recommend this clinic
