Check up, diagnosis and consultation experience was all good. No complaints on that. But I would appreciate it if you could setup a proper payment system with your appropriate business name linked. 1. After my consultation, I asked if they accept credit cards in the reception and the receptionist told "no". So I decided to pay via UPI. 1 week later after I recovered, when I checked my Gpay app to file for insurance claim, I found out that in the txn details, it shows as payment was made to a person named "Manjunath T K", instead of the clinic's name. Now, I can't show this as a legit payment proof to my insurer as they would say I paid money to a random person and not to the healthcare provider. 2. Next, I got my meds from the pharmacy. The pharmacist also told me they don't accept credit cards. So I paid by cash. Now the bill was made for ₹XXX. But he told me to pay only ₹YYY after discount. But the discount was not shown/printed on the bill. See, I appreciate the discount but why is it not printed in the bill? Now this also, I can't properly explain to my insurer. The bill would show one amount and the Gpay screenshot as payment proof will show another amount. At least this txn shows up with the pharmacy name in Gpay so that's good. And despite being paid via UPI, both the bills mention "paid by cash". Now this experience is based on just small amount txns, but what happens if patients with a heavy bill come here with the same thought as mine thinking they can reimburse whatever the amount is with their insurer and end up disappointed? You are providing good healthcare but you are also running it as a business, please do the business end properly and fix these issues in your payment systems. Fix your account books to make your business name show up as the account name instead of a random person and get a good CA if you're worried about taxes. And please start accepting Credit Cards too. Please take this as a genuine feedback, no offense intended.

Dr Rajesh is very good

The foremost thing to be checked upon before going to the hospital is to ensure that they have good doctors and dr. Rajesh is one of them where he assists the patients very polietly and will give a very neat medication on the problems adressed. Overall, everyone including the nurses and the pharmasists are skilled. I highly recommend people to visit krishna healthcare.
