I have been seeking guidance from Dr Nisha for my daughters from past 2-3 months. She always talk to them very patiently & understand what's required before prescribing any medicines or diet plan. Her suggestions are always simple, effective and includes only simple ingredients/items available in the kitchen that focuses on keeping the stomach full and satisfied for long.
Within 2 months my younger daughter got relief in her regular headache and elder one got improvement in PCOD. Now she is focusing on weight reduction.
Even many times, we contacted Dr Nisha for our other concerns also and she always help us.
We like her suggestions because they are not very fancy and easy to implement.
Correct diagnosis is her forte and i would highly recommend Dr Nisha to my entire family & contact sphere.

For the last 8 years, I have a PCOD problem, due to this, my weight increases day -to -day. I connect with many doctors, gynecologists etc. But everything is just a waste of time. Some doctors gave me the wrong medicine that reacted with my body and found many other health issues.
But when I met Dr.Nisha, she guides me and helps me go in the right way. Now, i am 22years old and my PCOD is controlled within 2 months. I have no mental stress and today I am working on my weight to get better life.

I’ve been seeking guidance from Dr Nisha since 2020. Initially I wanted to lose some weight which I had accumulated during my pregnancy. Her diet plan along with my workout routine helped me lose the extra kilos without feeling low on energy. Recently with her help I switched to diet plan to reduce my belly fat without losing any weight. The diet has worked wonders for me. I’ve been able to lose a couple of inches from my lower belly❤️.
