The clinic was established in 2017, at Cuttack, Odisha by Dr. Diptiman Baliarsingh after he completed his Master of Surgery in Otolaryngology from Utkal University with highest marks in the university and state of Odisha. He is also a two times gold medalist in undergraduate days. He was the first ENT doctor in Cuttack to start all the sub-specialties of ENT under one roof that is Ear surgery (Otology), Nose surgery (Rhinology), Throat surgery (Laryngology), Skull Base Surgery and Head and Neck Onco-surgery (Cancer Surgery) with other related departments that is Audiology and Vestibular Diseases Diagnostic Lab, Cochlear Implant Center and Voice Clinic. His belief and principle of treatment of each and every patient with utmost attention to patient complains is what makes him the different that others in this specialty as he always believes that his patients are his greatest teachers. He has been trained in Advanced Ear and Lateral Skull Base Surgery by worlds most renowned Otologist & Lateral Skull Base Surgeon, Prof. Dr. Mario Sanna, Gruppo Otologico, Italy in 2018. His key area of interest is Ear Surgery and Middle Ear Reconstruction Surgery in which the microstructures of Ear Bones are repaired for successful hearing in a chronic discharging and diseased ear for which patients from all across Odisha and neighbouring states come for surgery. He has performed many surgeries independently and recently drawn attention of many by using new technology of 4K Rubina with ICG and Navigation in Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery. He is one of the few ENT Surgeons who is certified and trained in Advanced ENT Robotic Surgery. His advanced surgical techniques and high-end surgical equipments and gadgets makes him one of the most prominent and successful ENT surgeons in this modern era of surgery in Odisha.
