I had been following Dr Ram on Insta for a few weeks and was very impressed with his line of treatment for bone realtors issues specially in women. I visited his clinic for lateral OA of my right knee which has got very painful and the surgeon was also suggesting a surgery. Dr. Ram reassuringly told me that a 6 months rehab followed by regular exercise and strengthening routine can actually avoid a surgery in the future as the degeneration was only in the 3rd stage. His suggestion of a special knee brace and regular sessions at CARC has helped to relieve inflammation and pain completely. I'm confident that after the personalised rehab session, regular excercise routine and regular reviews in future will certainly help me to live an active life without the need for surgery. Excellent treatment. My pain reduced by 80% in 2 days and I was able to walk properly. The way of handling and personalized treatment makes a big difference. Very calm, polite, friendly PTs. Doctor Ramkumar and Physiotherapist barath were very particular about each treatment with almost patience , especially considering my condition. Very friendly also very calm enough to listen to our problem, made sure I was safe and comfortable through out the treatment, listening to my doubts and fear. I started physio 2 weeks ago and I have already improved much better recovery. I was suffering from cervical pain radiating to both hands. Also I had severe pain in my upper back,chest and ribs. Medicines prescribed by Orthopedic doctor was not helpful in reducing the pain.
