Amar sir is very genuine and jovial person . I am 33 SSB bhopal cds recommended and had myopia (refractive error) -2.25 right eye and -1.5 left eye. I spent one week for treatment in Sreedharayam like shirodhara and tarpanam in Kerala but saw no result. They were very non-chalant towards us .Then after discussing with my friend he suggested to meet amar sir and I thanked my friend for his suggestion. As defence aspirant it feels like second home. Maam and sir are very caring . They provide 1.one on one session 2.provide diet (I was also overweight) 3.exercises and tools (specs,patch, accupressure) With dedication and discipline my power now is -1 for the left and -1.25 for right eye.

It's very helpful to recover from my eye problem.. and the trainers are very friendly, they rectify my mistake in a polite way and they train in a very effective way..and most importantly amar sir he gave lot tips and instructions for my eye exercise Everyone should visit this place to keep eyes healthy

Hi, my son is 4.5 years old and he had a eye sight of 2.5 with lazy eyes and we found Amar eye yoga. And I'm very lucky to come. Here the doctor and the guide is very friendly. Nice treatment for my daughter and eye power has been improved due to exercise we done there

I am writing this feedback based on my experience of the Eye Treatment for my kids that was done at AMAR EYE YOGA in Dec 2024. I am happy to see the Real Improvement in the eye vision for my sons and the progress made by my brother's son. Amar Eye Yoga Center is located in a beautiful environment and gives a feel that we are inside the forest. The doctor Dr. Amarendra Kumar is Experienced, friendly, frank, social, and provides wholesome service. The exercise facility is good, well maintained, accomodates around 10 people and served by several trained staff. I would be more happy if the service staff give more attention to the patients during exercise to ensure the patients do it correctly In the past, I have not heard anything about eye exercise from Allopathic Doctors. I am Glad that I came here for treatment.

We travelled from Delhi for eye treatment. My experience with Amar Eye Yoga was excellent. I particularly visited the centre for my daughter's eye treatment. We got complete explanation on her current eye health and about the treatment that will take place. We religiously followed Dr Amar's guidance while doing all the exercises and medication. We also enjoyed the excercise with her. This extensive program along with Dr Amar's deep knowledge and experience has helped not only with eye treatment but overall development of child's health. My daughter had power of 2.5 cylindrical on right and 0.75 on left eye. After treatment her power in left eye is zero and right eye has 1.25 cylindrical. We had a very experience with the eye yoga treatment. The hospitality provided by Amar and his team was excellent. We could see the difference in the vision after the treatment.
