The best thing is he told his patient to work on root cause of problem. He listen his patient patiently and giving every single answer with examples . So the patient will definitely work on their advices .No unnecessary medicine recommended.

Dr. Abhinav Srivastava, I will not be doing justice if I don't appreciate your efforts with my spinal conditions. I was unable to walk freely with my back problem. My L3-L4 and L4-L5 had Disk herniation which was putting extreme pressure on my spine. Due to this condition I had all sorts of problems like being unable to walk straight, and while walking too the current like pain passed through my legs, hips, etc. I wouldn't lie down anytime during the day for the fear of extreme pain, that I would not be able to stand immediately. Getting up in the morning and being able to stand and walk with reduced pain took almost 40-45 minutes. I was anxious and uncertain about my treatment options.
