I had visited Fix and Flex to fix my long standing issue with shoulder and sciatica. On my first visit, Ankita very patiently heard me and deciphered the root cause of the pain. Then she gave me a road map of the recovery process and made follow the same.
I must say I feel a lot of better and Im in the process of recovery.
What stands out about Fix and Flex is the professionalism of both Ankita and Maya, hearing out the patient, their modus operandi of going to root cause and fixing it.
They are also very nominal when it comes to their pricing.
I highly recommend Fix and Flex.

The physiotherapy treatment at Fit and Flex is very good. I had severe pain in elbow and visited the clinic. Dr. Ankita and Dr. Maya were very systematic in the approach. Based on the intensity of pain, every session is meticulously planned. The treatment and exercise helped me to recover in a week. I have already recommended Fit and Flex to my friends. I had severe lower elbow pain in my left hand; basically it's a sports injury. Dr Ankita did understood my concern & started the treatment. Today, I really feel good with no pain, swelling is completely gone & can move my hand freely.
The physio treatment was great & the way she suggested the daily workouts did helped for a speedy recovery.

FIX&FLEX..as the name itself says greatest physiotherapy ya it's true its the greatest one .
