i went with my grandmother,
she has problem in L4-5.
surgery was prescribed by doctors to whom i visited previously
dr Abhinav gave her medication, exercises and diet regimen, and told if it didn't work only then will go ahead with surgery

The best thing is he told his patient to work on root cause of problem. He listen his patient patiently and giving every single answer with examples . So the patient will definitely work on their advices .No unnecessary medicine recommended.
