What are the devices that I can use the Eka app for doctors to connect with my patients?
Eka app for doctors is available on every device in the market such as smartphone, tablets, laptop, desktop,macbook etc.
How do I create my profile and add the details on the Eka-doc App?
You can schedule a free demo on the eka.care website. Once the demo is complete, a dedicated relationship manager will be assigned to you. The respective manager will take your necessary details and register you to create your profile on the platform .
How do patients book appointments through eka for a consultation?
The patients can either directly book the appointment with an appointment link or with a four letter invite code or they can scan the QR code deployed in your facility. The staff or yourself can manually book the appointment on your respective calendar. Once booked, the appointment will reflect on your dashboard.
Can the patients share their medical records with me?
Yes, the patients can share their medical records through the patient side app. Both the patient and the doctor/staff can upload the data and store it for a long time.
How can the patient share my profile with their relatives/friends if they want to connect with me?
Your patients can share your unique four letter invite code with their relatives/friends to get in touch with you. They simply have to download the patient side app, go to the doctor section and put your invite code and Boom! The patient is connected with you.
I am using another EMR platform currently, can I upload my patient database to Eka?
Yes, you can upload the patient database easily. All we need is an excel file of the same.
Will my patient’s data get shared with others on the app?
No, the patient’s data will not be shared with anyone inside or outside the platform. You will be in full control of your profile. Read our easy to understand Privacy Policy to learn about how your data will be protected on Eka Care.
How much do I have to pay Eka Care for using the platform?
Eka Care provides the services in a trial period for the first 3 months. Post that, Eka Care ‘s basic plan starts with Rs 299/month including tax.
How can I believe my data will be secure?
- Eka care is ABDM Compliant. We follow all the government guidelines, including the ones for Data protection. Our data is end-to-end encrypted
- We would also sign an NDA with the doctor under the condition if they can prove we did any data/prescription laundering, we would pay a fine of 10 Lakh
- We are also government encrypted, as a result there will be penalties from the Government’s side as well in case any fraud happens.
